The visitation will be at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church in Beaver Dam on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 10:30 AM until 11:15 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at the church on Wednesday at 11:30 AM with Fr. Michael Erwin officiating.
Burial will be at St. Peter's Cemetery in Beaver Dam with military honors provided by the John E. Miller American Legion Post #146.
Donald Joseph Arndorfer was born on September 30, 1929 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin to William and Alma (Zahn) Arndorfer. He was a 1948 graduate of Beaver Dam High School. Don was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the United States Army, Fourth Infantry. He worked as a line type operator at the Daily Citizen and later worked for the City of Beaver Dam at the Waste Water Treatment Plant until his retirement in 1974. Don was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Don is survived by his brother, Ralph (Doris) Arndorfer of Beaver Dam, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Paul, William and Robert, a niece, Cathy Zuhlke, and a sister-in-law, Delores Arndorfer.
