Catherine Louise Moe, age 73, passed away Friday, January 19, 2018.
She was the daughter of Charles and Dorothy (Butte) Puffer. She resided in Crest Hill for the past 17 years.
Catherine was a graduate of Bradford High School, Class of 1962. She married Loren W. Moe June 22, 1968.
She was formerly employed by the DuPage County Health Department as an office manager.
Catherine loved her grandchildren, took great pride participating in their activities and was proud of each and every one.
She enjoyed her flowers, socializing with friends and traveling to new and exciting places.
Surviving is her loving husband of 50 years, Loren W. Moe of Crest Hill; her children Deborah (Gordon) Cameron of Plainfield and David (Erin) Moe of Plainfield. She was the devoted grandmother to Kyle, Ian and Mackenzie Cameron, Connor and Abigail Moe and Quinn Zimmerman; two sisters, Muriel Puffer of Peoria and Carol (Tom) Hopkins of Peoria; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins that she dearly loved.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Cheryl Scott, Dan Puffer and Jane Mowbray.
Arrangements entrusted to the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, Joliet.
Interment: Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
