Grady Edward Cooper passed away at his home in Cleveland, AL. on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at the age of 82. Grady was born in Blountsville, Alabama on April 24, 1935. He and Maxine were married in Oneonta, AL., on July 21, 1955. He worked as a Welder for MeadowCraft for 48 years. He enjoyed fishing, watching, WWE wrestling, Alabama football and spending time with his family.
Grady is predeceased by his parents, George and Ellen Cooper; brothers, Melvin Cooper and Ardell Cooper; sisters, Ruby Delene Cooper and Bessie Dean Cooper.
Grady is lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years, children, grandchildren, great grandchild, and sister.
Funeral services were January 21, 2018 at 2PM from the Chapel of Lemley Funeral Home with burial following at Mt. Joy Cemetery.
