Funeral services for Paul Williams, 93, will be held at 2pm Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery.
Mr. Williams, a U. S. Marine Corps. WWII Veteran and an active member of the VFW in Memphis, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
For most of Mr. Williams life was spent in the car business as a salesman and as an owner of his own business. He lived in Trenton, Memphis , and later in Middleton to live out his life-long dream of living on acreage and enjoying his land.
He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Joan Williams; 3 children, Paula Morris and husband Bob of Memphis, TN, David Williams and wife Beckye of Memphis, TN, and Kay McPherson and husband Curtis of Middleton, TN; 6 grand children, several wonderful great grand children; 2 brothers, James Williams of Trenton, TN and Guy Williams of Memphis, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
