On Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018, in the early morning, Beverly Perkins, age 62, of Klamath Falls, Ore., was unexpectedly relieved of her duties here on Earth and reunited with her parents, Lula Belle and Cleo Ash, as well as Ashtyn Perkins, Beverly's first born grandson.

She was a devoted, hardworking, caring woman. If described with one word, it would absolutely have to be Amazing! Her daily routine involved helping and caring for others no matter whomever they might be. She was a CNA who devoted her time and life to her clients she served while being employed by Mentor Oregon and loved being of assistance in any way.

Beverly was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, granddaughter, co-worker and friend. Her survivors include her two sons, Justin and Jason; two sisters, Teresa and Linda; and her brother, Vernon. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kairi, Kailer, Lilla and Austyn Perkins and Riley Brister.
