She was the daughter of Michael and Helen Beyer Foley. She had resided in Whitesboro since childhood.
In October 1916, she was married to Harold P. Fluke. He died in 1920.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Daniel (Helen) Hurd, Whitesboro; a son, Harry S. Fluke, Syracuse; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
