James A. Pardue, 65, of Louisville passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
He was a member of Mt. Roberts Baptist Church. A veteran of the Army 82nd Airborne Division. A graduate of DuPont Manual High School and a retiree of Louisville, Gas & Electric Company.
James is survived by his wife of 42 years, Anita C. Camp Pardue. Daughters Joni Pardue (Gary), Amanda Evans (Austin) and Lauren Pardue (Steven). His six grandchildren Taylor, Brandon, Mason, Ashtyn, Abagail and Amiyah. Sisters Linda Wheatley (Butch), Stacey Head and Pamela Pardue. Brothers Jerry and Larry Pardue. Sisters and Brothers-In-Law Janet Young (Larry), Judy Rodriquez (Rene), Diane Coulter, James Camp and Timmy Camp. And several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral will be Monday at Noon at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Kentucky Veteran Cemetery Central.
Visitation will be Sunday 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
