Jill was born in Conway, the daughter of Joseph Mitchell and Judy Jacobs. She graduated in 1989 and became an RN. Her favorite things were crafts and especially making wreaths. She was a loving and caring person who would do anything to help someone. Jill will be missed by many. She was predeceased by her Cocker Spaniel, Katie.
Survivors in addition to her parents of Longs are her special friend, Henry Gunter of Lexington; her aunts, Donna Hodges (Joe Charles) of Loris and Kay Jacobs of Lugoff; and her cousins, Joli, Farah, Judd, Kevin, and Hope.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2018, at Buck Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Sean Hardwick officiating.
