Jack H Eaton Jr - 1924-2018

Jack H. Eaton, Jr., 93, of Houston, Texas, passed away due to complications from pneumonia, Monday, January 15, 2018.
Born in Forrest City, Arkansas, he was the son of the late Jack H. Eaton, Sr. and Mable Eaton.
Mr. Eaton is survived by his wife Elmyra, daughter Elizabeth House and her husband Doug, and Steve Eaton and his wife Lori. Brother James Eaton. Grandchildren, Chad Muszynski, Mike Muszynski, Taylor Eaton, Mason Eaton, and Spencer Eaton. Great-grandchild Nathan Muszynski.
He was preceded in death by a son James M. Eaton and a daughter Donna G. Muszynski.
Mr. Eaton was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of World War II, the Korean War, and Vietnam. He began his flying career at the age of 19 with the U.S. Air Force and retired as a lieutenant colonel after 30 years of service.
Mr. Eaton was a fun loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved the Lord. He led a very interesting life and had many wonderful stories to share. He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him.
The visitation will be held at 9:30am on Monday, January 22, 2018, Memorial Oaks Funeral home located at 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079. The service will follow at 10:30am. Burial 12:30pm at the Houston National Cemetery located at 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038.
