Harold A. Donnelly, 70, a retired government employee who lived at 407 S. Bancroft Parkway, died yesterday after a long illness.
He had worked for both the U.S. and the state government, retiring 10 years ago. He was a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Anna A. Donnelly, of the S. Bancroft Parkway address, two sons, Robert A., Wilmington Manor, and James V. Donnelly, in the Army at Ft. Benning, Ga., and a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth A. Vajacsek, Wilmington Manor; a sister, Mrs. Edna W. Lenderman, Wilmington, four grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at McCrery Funeral Home, 2700 Washington, St. Interment will be at Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday after 7 p.m.
