Alan Holt, 84 of Overton, NE, was the 6th of 8 children of Alfred and Pearl (Jensen) Holt. He married Carolyn Jean Lawson in March of 1956.

He is survived by children: Larry Holt of Hastings, NE; Jon (Jay) Strahm of Bloomfield, CO: Laura (Allen) Clavenger of Crook, Co: and John (Jackie) Holt of Loomis, NE; 13 grandchildren; brother Paul Holt of Holdrege, NE; sister Lois (Don) Holden of Bertrand, NE.

Alan was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Lee and Lloyd; sisters: Loree (Harold) Larsen, Goldie Stapp, and Judy (Jerry) Arnold.
