Jack Leroy Tyler, age 75 of Holly Pond, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018 at his residence. He was born, September 02, 1942 to Leroy and Victoria Perry Tyler in Sylacauga, AL

He was a devoted husband and father. Jack was a Navy veteran and he retired from Chrysler Automotive after 30 years of service. He was an avid wood worker and a member of 3 woodworking guilds and a blacksmithing guild.
 
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister’s; Carol Smith, Patricia Vorheis, Vickie Miller, and sister-in-law Roxann Eck.
 
Survivors include his, wife of 47 years Judith Tyler, son Christopher (Jamie) Tyler, brothers-in-law; Roger Eck, Albert G. (Winnie) Blake, Walter D. (Theresa) Blake, sisters-in-law; Tamie (Russell) Bailey, Becki Coffman, and a host of nieces and nephews.
 
Take a moment to remember a happy time with Jack, he lived life to its fullest, loved deeply, laughed hard, always caring and taking care of others. Heaven has gained a wonderful man.

A private family gathering is being held at the residence.

Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Southern Care Hospice of Cullman.
