Clifford LaMar Price was born June 18, 1932 in Paris Idaho. Recently residing in Rivers Edge Rehabilitation and Living Center, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2018 at Valor Health Hospital in Emmett, Idaho. He is preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Clea Price of Paris, Idaho, brother Douglas Price, two sisters Echo May Price and Francine Keene, one daughter Angela Silkwood and one son Daron Price.

LaMar was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He graduated from Fielding High School in Paris Idaho in 1950 and seminary. He was in FFA for four years. He attended BYU. Lamar worked for Utah Power when he was drafted in the military serving in Korea in 1953. He was assigned to the Air Force. Lamar married the love of his life, Loraine Brinkerhoff in the Logan Temple on July 28th, 1952. They have been sweethearts for 65 years. They were blessed with six children Kenneth Lamar Price, Marla Price (Kenny), Monica Briscoe (David), Ron Price (Ramona), Mathew Price (Heidi), Angela Silkwood (deceased), Daron Price (deceased).

They returned to Bear Lake to work for his father with heavy equipment, building boat harbors and state parks, helping farmers and counties and Forest Service. The family moved to Boise in 1963. Lamar worked for Western Equipment Caterpillar Company and trained in diesel mechanics in Peoria Illinois. Training and hydraulic school was periodic. The family made a move in 1984 for LaMar to work for Morton Thiokol and live in Deweyville, Utah.Lamar loved farming, hunting, fishing, horses, and cars, and helping wife with canning. He loved dancing and spent many years dancing with his favorite partner Loraine, teaching and performing. One of their greatest accomplishments was serving two missions back-to-back in Laie Oahu, Hawaii at the Polynesian Cultural Center with his loving companion. He loves his children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. LaMar was a kind and loving person to everyone he met. He served with all his heart. He had a fun personality and had a good sense of humor.
