Burial at Mount Rose Memorial Park. At her request her body is to be cremated.
Survivors Include: Three sons, G.T. Carr and his wife Jill, Jim Carr and his wife Amy, and Steve Carr and his wife Angie; one daughter, Jenny Carr and her friend Maria Johnston; two brothers, Glen Mebruer and his wife Emily, and Denis Mebruer and his wife Mary; sister-in-law, Patty Pruessner Mebruer/; six grandchildren, Haleigh, Allison, Harrison, Grant, Maddie and Campbell Carr; step-children, Kevin Kellogg, Pam Lewis and her husband Jim, Karla Dautenhahn and her husband D.P., and Karen Vogel and her husband Rick; several step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; the father of her children, George Carr and his wife Ann.
She was preceded in death by: Her parents; her husband Carl Kellogg; one son, Clinton Joseph Carr; one brother, Paul Mebruer; and one daughter-in-law, Leigh Donna Carr.
Mary worked for the founder of The Durham Company, Roy Durham, while the company was in Washington, Missouri, and later in Lebanon. She also worked for Soil Conservation for many years. She was an active volunteer in many organizations including Candy Stripers, Hospice, and others. She was a founding member of Seeders of Lebanon Garden Club, and one year awarded the most volunteer hours of anyone in Lebanon. Mary was also a founding member of Better Breathers in Lebanon.
