Burton Tedrow, 34 years old, suffered a skull fracture which proved fatal twelve hours later and Peter Malcolm sustained sprains and bruises when a Ford truck owned by Coppes Bros. and Zook of Nappanee turned over for them on Lincoln Way East in South Bend about 9 o'clock Monday evening.
Both injured men were taken to Epworth hospital following the accident. Tedrow died there Tuesday morning. His body was taken to the home of relatives in Nappanee. Funeral services were held this afternoon, interment being in the Sandridge cemetery southeast of Bremen.
