Joan was preceded in rest by her father, William Futch; mother, Amanda Flowers; and brother, Harold Futch. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Steven Adkins; sons, Victor Fowler and Michael Adkins; daughter, Katryn Blamey; grandchildren, Owen Blamey, Reid Blamey, Tanner Adkins and Faith Adkins; and brothers, Spencer Flowers, Jr., and Woody Futch.
