She loved dancing at the Senior Center, roller skating, sewing on her old singer, baking banana bread and putting together photos for family members.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Augustus Chowning; and second husband, James Westlake.
She is survived by her sons, Richard (Katherine), Thomas and Ed (Jeanne) Chowning; sister, Teresa (Donald) McCarthy; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
