Tracy was born in Dallas, Texas on January 25, 1959. She was the daughter of Douglas Wayne Madding and Linda Edwards Madding. She married Royce Reed in Irving, Texas. She was the bookkeeper for Longbranch Dental in Greenville and part of The Lucky Girls radio show.
Survivors include her husband, Royce Reed of Greenville; son, Eric Reed of Cumby; step-daughter, Christine Reed Fonseca of Weatherford; brother, Alan Ray Madding of Abilene; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Altrusa Greenville Foundation, P. O. Box 115, Greenville, Texas 75403.
