Mrs. Roberta Jean Dewater Folmsbee died Thursday September 23, 1973 in Port Angeles of natural causes. Funeral services for Roberta Jean Dewater Folmsbee, 24, of 1016 West 6th Street., will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. The services will be held at Ridgeview Funeral Chapel with burial in Mt. Angeles Memorial Park to follow. Rev. Robert Lieby will officiate. Roberta was born here in Port Angeles July 20, 1949 and local schools. She was born to Joy Louise Peters and Ralph Hamilton Dewater Sr. Roberta married Clifford Folmsbee November 15, 1967 in Port Angeles. Clifford survives at the family home along with their son Cliff.
Other survivors include two brothers Ralph Dewater Jr, Port Angeles and Carl Dewater, Alaska; and step-brother
Carl Cedar, of Port Angeles and sister Miss Tami Cedar, of Port Angeles. Her mother, Mrs. Carl R (Joy) Cedar,
maternal grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Jack Jones & maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Mary Minks, all of Port Angeles; paternal grandmother Etta Dewater of Waterloo, Iowa.
Pallbearers will include Robert Holman, Al Jones, Oliver Miller, Gary Bleivins, Thomas Thompson and Les Black.
