Robert Bearden, 90, of Cleburne, Texas passed away January 13, 2018 in Cleburne. He was born in Rogers, Texas December 6, 1927, the son of Hattie (Tappin) and Robert Bearden.
He was a car-man with the railroad and was a member of the Resurrection Lighthouse Church. He loved to play bingo and chatting with the guys at Whataburger.
Preceded in death by his parents and 12 brothers and sisters. Survived by his wife, Billie Bearden; son, Eddie Simpson; daughters, Roslyn Greely, Anita Wilson, Lalana Bearden and Myra Kevely, grand children; great grand children and great-great grand children.
Funeral services will be conducted January 20, 2018. Burial will follow in the Greenacres Cemetery.
