It is with great sadness that the family of Goldie Geneva (Price) Weekley Kirk, announces her passing after a brief illness to be with her Lord, on Friday, January 12, 2018, at the age of 92 years. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Sarah Jean Gehr; son, Charles Edgar (Karen) Weekley, and daughter, Bette Jane (Kevin) Eichenauer.
Goldie will also be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Lee, Jenny, Joey, Eddie, Jason, Keith, Troy, Jamis; great-grandchildren, Damian, Drew, Cody, Cameron, Bransin, Kaden, Jax, Nolan, Cayden, Brodie, Emalee, Ithilien, Emily, Peyton, Kacy, Julian, and her great-great grandchildren, Gabriel and Iris.
Goldie was preceded in death by husbands, Ross Kirk and Clyde Jay Weekley; son, Clyde Joseph Price; parents, Orthello and Sarah; brothers, Forrest, Warren, Albert, Gilbert, Ulyess, Fred, sisters, Margie, Helen, Hazel.
Viewing will be from 5 to 7 p.m. 1/16/2018 at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home. The funeral service in memory of Goldie will be held at 1:00 p.m. 1/17/2018 at the funeral home, 985 N. 21st St. Newark, Ohio. Burial will follow in Wilson Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Christian Life Center, 665 Linnville Rd. SE, Heath, Ohio 43056.
