NORTHPORT - Angela Howell, age 43, of Northport, Ala., passed on January 11, 2018, at Hospice of West Alabama. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2018, at First Baptist Church of Tuscaloosa with Roy A. Sanford and Dan Williams officiating. She was born in Mississippi and moved to Tuscaloosa where she lived, worked, and raised 3 beautiful daughters. She graduated from Tuscaloosa County High School in 1993. She was employed by Cardiology Consultants in Tuscaloosa at the Medical Towers. In her free time, she enjoyed scrapbooking, shopping, trips to Disney, and spending time with family.

She never met a stranger and loved her family and friends tremendously. We have lost a virtuous woman. She always had a smile on her face and had an infectious laugh that would light up a room. She always instilled the importance of a close walk with God to her girls.

Survivors include her daughters, Meagan Howell, Hannah Grace Howell and Laci Belle Howell; sister, Dana Harris (Jamey); brother, Allen Sanford (Kristy); parents, Roy A. Sanford and Cecelia Sanford; grandparents, Louise and Gene Albertson; nieces and nephews, Ashley Gilliam, Jacob Gilliam, Morgan Harris, Zackery Sanford and Zander Sanford; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Pallbearers will be: Roy (Allen) Sanford Jr., Jacob Gilliam, Jamey Harris, Randall Howell, Donald Sanford, Jimmy Sanford, George Lawson, Joe A. Shelby Jr. and Glen Hansford.
