Actor. His acting career encompassed motion pictures, television, and voice acting from the 1940s through the 1990s. Widely recognized for his portrayal of 'Otis Campbell' on "The Andy Griffith Show" of the 1960s, he also was the original voice of the 'Elmer Fudd' Looney Toons cartoon character.
