Aaron Lyman died November 15, 1801, at age 94 (Hale Collection of Cemetery Inscriptions, online).

"DIED—In Meriden, Dec. 19, Mrs. Rebeckah Lyman, relict of the late Aaron Lyman, Esq. aged 90."

"In the Name of God Amen, I Rebekah Lymon of the County of New Haven and Town of Wallingford & State of Connecticut of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and Testament in manner and form as followeth, First, I commit my soul into the hands of God who gave it; and my Body to the Grave to be Buried in a decent manner at the descretion of my Executors hereinafter named; And as to my temporal interest wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me, after my Just debts and Funeral charges are Paid, ————— I give and bequeath in manner and form as followeth — Imprimis I give and bequeath unto the Heirs of my once Beloved Husband Mr Thomas Berry once of Wallingford deceast, the one third of all my Estate that remaineth to be divided Equally among them — . Item — I Give and Bequeath unto the heirs of my once Beloved Brother Noah Yale late of Wallingford deceast, two thirds of all my Estate that Remaineth to be divided Equally among them ———
Lastly I do hereby Nominate ordain and Appoint my Nephew Joel Yale of Wallingford to be the sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and do declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament in Conformation I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 17 Day of May in the year one thousand Eight Hundred and Four
