SALAMANCA-Funeral services for Charles H. Crist, who died Friday (July 25, 1941), following a two years' illness, were held this afternoon at two o'clock at the family home in Crawford Street.

Mr. Crist was born in Meadville, Pa, in 1870 and lived in Jamestown for many years before coming to Salamanca twenty-two years ago.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Vrist; a daughter, Mrs. Ruby Sutton of East Otto; four sons, Clyde Crist, East State Street; Sherman and Frank Crist at home; Richard Crist of Jamestown; a sister, Mrs. Mollie FIliger of Corry, Pa.; four brothers, Frank of Falconer, George of Ripley, William of Westfield, Clarence of Greenville; eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Interment took place in the family plot in Wildwood Cemetery.
