Kelly Michelle Puckett, 44, of Bloomington, IL, died unexpectedly Sat., Jan. 22, 2011 in her home. Born Sept. 12, 1966, in Rockford, the daughter of Larry and Linda Puckett. She graduated from Jefferson Senior High School and worked as a server in Rockford and Bloomington.
She is survived by her daughter, Alexandra Johnson, who was her whole world; Jerome Howell, her loving partner; her parents, Larry and Linda Puckett; a sister, Tracy Nunez; special friend, Rick Nunez; aunt Marjorie (Dick) Godfrey; aunt Kathy (Al) Waldvogel.
Kelly was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Rogers, an aunt, Louise Wilkerson, and maternal and paternal grandparents.
Kelly was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
