Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville Tuesday from 12:00 to 7:00 PM and at the church Wednesday following the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth Christine Carr; daughter, Crystal Langley of Elizabethtown, NC; son, Clarence E. Carr, Jr. of Elizabethtown, NC; mother, Alice Richardson of Whiteville, NC; sisters, Vera Robinson and Paula Richardson of Whiteville, NC, and Clydia Armstrong of Florida; brothers, Larry Carr and Andre Carr of Whiteville, NC, Eddie Robinson of Hallsboro, NC, and Keith Robinson of Fairmont, NC; and two grandchildren.
