ROBERT SLICK BREWER, 54, of 2532 Northcrest Road, died Friday, Sept. 1, at the Washington County Hospital. Born in Maugansville, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Eva Slick Brewer.

He attended Hagerstown Business College. He was employed with Mack Trucks, Inc. for 27 years. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. he was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church. He was a member of U.A.W. 171 and the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 212.

He is survived by his wife, Joan Arnone Brewer; three daughters, Carolyn A. Wollard, Barbara Diana Steiner and Debbie S. Ward; two step-sons, Terry M. Acre and Jim D. Acre; two siders, Evelyn Grimm and Lois G. Kerns, both of Hagerstown; two brothers, Charles E. Brewer, Jr., Hagerstown, and Frank L. Brewer, Newport News, Va.; and nine grandchildren.

Services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home. Burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery.
