Other survivors include three sons, Paul E (Marilyn) Ault, Jr. of Enon, Terry (Tamara) Ault of Bradenton, Fla., John Ault of Piqua; a daughter, Mary Kay Moore of Piqua; twelve grandchildren; and two sisters, Laree Penny of Piqua, and Mary "Patricia" Frantom of Troy. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Ault, and two sisters, Rita Beougher, and Virginia Hartzell.
Mr. Ault was a graduate of Piqua Catholic High School. He retired from the United States Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant, then worked at the former Decker Meat Packing Plant for nineteen years, and finally returned to civic service with the United States military. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, the VFW Post #4874, and a life member of American Legion Post #184.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at 11:00 am in St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Martin Fox as the Celebrant. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery where full military honors will be provided by the Wright Patterson Air Force Base Honor Guard. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 5:00-8:00 pm in the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home where a prayer service will be conducted at 5:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, 528 Broadway, Piqua, OH 45356 or Fisher Nightingale Houses, Inc., P. O. Box 33871, WPAFB, 45433.
