Edith M. O'Brien, 72, of 12 Evaleen St., died yesterday at Memorial Hospital, Pawtucket.
She was the widow of John C. O'Brien.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late William and Mary Jane (Weston) Clark, she had lived most of her life in Pawtucket before moving to Central Falls in 1981.
She was a communicant of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Pawtucket and was a member of Queen Esther Chapter, OES.
She is survived by two sons, six daughters, three sisters, 30 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
