Howell, Sr., Randy K., 65, passed away Monday, January 8, 2018 at the Kent Hospital in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of Joanne (Bergeron) Howell and a son of Sammy L. and Loretta (Tyson) Howell. Randy was the loving father of Randy K. Howell, Jr. and Scott A. Howell, (Tracy); stepfather of Karen L. Fish, (Jesse), David R. Choquette, (Ashlee), and Jennifer A. Martin, (James); brother of Kathleen McEntire and the late Michael Howell. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren. Mr. Howell was a US Navy veteran for sixteen years and served in the Vietnam War. He then was employed in equipment maintenance for many years.

His funeral will be held Friday at 9 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, followed by military honors in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours, Thursday 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Forever Paws Animal Shelter, 300 Lynwood St., Fall River, MA 02721 (foreverpaws.com) will be appreciated.
