Mrs. Helen Francis "Poodle" Robinson, 101, of Snyder, Texas died on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at her home in Snyder.

Services for Mrs. Robinson will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 1:30 PM at Calvary Baptist Church with Reverend Matt Lowry officiating. A private family graveside service will be held prior to the church service at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Helen was born on December 4th, 1920 in Clarendon, Texas to Lola & Oscar Grant. She married Raymond Robinson on April 9th, 1938 in Snyder. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.

Helen's 101 years were spent from delivering milk, to assisting her uncle Wright Huddleston, at the Knapp Post Office, to altering clothes at Fenten's Dad & Lad, to taking school census, to selling shoes at Thompson's shoe store and culminating in getting a degree in nursing at Western Texas College at the age of 50. She was a nurse at Cogdell Memorial Hospital for 16 years, retired and then continued nursing part-time. Not only was Helen actively involved with the many various jobs, she was a full-time farmer's wife and supporter of her children & grand children in every activity in which they were involved.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Robinson, her sisters Inez Teaff and Billie McCravey, son Richard Robinson, daughter Karen Key, & son-in law Wesley Poarch.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie Poarch, son Bo Robinson & wife Becky, daughter-in-law Mary Robinson, 13 grandchildren, 27 great- grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandsons.
