Mike was the Beloved Father of Four Sons. He worked hard and played harder. He enjoyed Golfing, Gambling and Fishing.

Funeral Services were held on Wednesday April 21, 2004 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South at 12 Noon.
A Viewing was held One Hour Prior To Services.
Graveside Services followed where he was buried in the Garden Of The Last Supper.
