Arnold Sanford Coada, age 87, of Maryville, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018 at U.T. Medical Center. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.

Preceded in death by daughter, Patricia Arlene Coada; brothers, Fern Coada, Milburn Coada and Phillip Coada; sisters, Marie Shoffner and Joyce Reona Coada, and special dog, Cody.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Yvonne Coada; daughter and son in law, Vietta and Boyd Millsaps of Alcoa; daughter, Shelley Carlton of Maryville; sisters, Zelma Rhyne of Woodstock, GA and Myrtle Wilson of Highland, IN and several nieces, nephews, and special cat, Gizmo.

Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Beecher Whitehead and Bobby Beaty officiating. Graveside service and interment 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Grandview Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
