Services for Gene Taylor, age 84, of Moscow, TN formerly of Gleason, TN will be held Tuesday January 9, 2018 at 1pm at the First Baptist Church of Gleason. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Paris, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday morning starting at 10am and going until time of his service at 1pm.
Gene is survived by his wife, Sandra Taylor, of Moscow, TN. He is also survived by six children; Diane (Ernie) King of Memphis, TN, Bobby (Barbara) Taylor of Mt. Pleasant, MS, Randy (Shelly) Taylor of Cornersville, MS, Rhonda Wilburn of Early Grove, MS, Patricia (Mike) Denman of Oakland, MS, and Terry (Jackie) Taylor of Gleason, TN.
Gene leaves behind three siblings; Geraldine Eva of Huntsville, AL, Jerome Taylor of Gleason, TN, and Sandra Johnson of Huntingdon, TN. He also leaves behind 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Gene was preceded in death by his parents, Odean and Opal Taylor, and brother, James H. Taylor.
