Born in Westminster, SC, Debbie resided in Seneca and Charleston until retiring to Anderson. Debbie was a dental hygienist and the SC State Director of Student Exchange Programs. She was a lover of all animals and dedicated to her Yorkies.
A private interment was held at Oconee Memorial Park.
Survivors include her loving partner, Michael Wagers; parents, Roy and Maxine Ward of Westminster; brother, Scott Ward of Pendleton, and a nephew and niece. She was preceded in death by her brother, Greg Ward; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Voidrue Duvall and Rev and Mrs. Willie Ward.
