Gerald F Marshall, Sr., passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 3, 2018. He was born and raised in Evanston, Wy. He attended Evanston High where he was active in sports and music. He was president of the high school band and a member of the first Evanston football team to win the state championship. He later moved to Ogden, Utah and attended Weber State College. He met Sonya Simpson, his best friend and loving wife of 61 years. He worked for the Ogden Housing Authority. He is survived by five of his six children. Services will be held Monday January 8 2018 and Internment will be at Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd., Ogden Utah
