Leonard Wayne "Andy" Anderson passed away peacefully in his home January 7, 2018 in Oklahoma City at the age of 73. He was born in Chatham, New Brunswick, Canada on February 27, 1944, the youngest son of H. Leadley Anderson and Nina MacNaughton Anderson. The family immigrated to New Rockford, North Dakota when Andy was four years old. He grew up there and played several sports, graduating in 1962. He then graduated in three years from the University of North Dakota at Grand Forks.

He was married to JoAnn Abrahamson and they are parents to three daughters. They moved to El Paso, TX, where Leonard worked for an accounting firm and became a CPA. They later divorced and Andy moved to the Los Angeles area to work. He married Janet Bell and they had one daughter. They lived in Laverne, CA until Janet preceded him in death in 1992.

He and Sheli Crihfield married and later they and their daughter and son relocated to Oklahoma City where Andy was employed at Hertz for 10 years.

Left to mourn his passing are his wife, Sheli, his daughters Vicky, Stacy Carrasco and husband Luis, Nina Legg and husband James, Kimberly Smith and husband Brandon, Andrea Adelbue and husband Tucker and son Leonard Wayne "Lenny" Anderson, Jr, and wife Mary. He also leaves numerous step-children, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his brothers Norman Anderson and Harry Anderson, nieces and nephews and extended family, some in Canada.
