Visitation and Services: Visitation with the family will be Wed. from 3 pm till 9 pm. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home at 11 am Thurs. with Bro. Kenneth Mears officiating.
Interment will follow in the Ivy Bluff Cemetery.
Obituary: He is survived by his parents, Leon & Mildred Mathis Prater of Woodbury; Sister, B. Joy Kiel of Woodbury; Brother, Wayne Prater of Grass Lake, MI.; Nieces & Nephews, Michelle Smith, Christine & Michael Prater all of MI. He was a veteran of Vietnam serving in the Army and was employeed by CSX as a railroad conductor.
