Frances Reynolds, 76, of Weaverville, NC (formerly of Charlotte, NC) passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 30, 2017 following a period of declining health.

Born September 5, 1941 in Cleveland County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Arvil "Joe" Reynolds and Vera Reynolds of Connelly Springs, NC.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Howard Seymour.

She was a dedicated employee of AT&T/Bellsouth for over 20 years and also worked at Great Dane Trucking Company.

She made many friends along her journey with her smile and laughter. Frances was a fun-loving person and a doting mother and grandmother. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1 p.m., Saturday, January 20, 2017 at Sossoman Funeral Home. The memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home. The committal service will follow in Burke Memorial Park
