Keith A. Braden, 62, of La Vernia, Texas, passed away Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017, along with cherished friends in Sutherland Springs, Texas. Keith was born Feb. 11, 1955, in Mt. Pleasant, to David L. Queer and Veronica Patricia Janesko Queer. Keith was a veteran of the Army and was working as a grocer with H.E.B. in Floresville at the time of his passing. Keith was preceded in death by his parents. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 33 years, Deborah Werner Braden; son, Robert Braden (Kelli); daughters, Rebecca Metcalf (Danny) and Elizabeth Braden; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, Bruce Braden (Linda), Phil Braden and Glenn Braden (Shinhae); and sisters, Mary Cunningham and Pam Wagner (Jeffrey).

A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, at FINCH FUNERAL CHAPEL in La Vernia. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, in Finch Funeral Chapel, La Vernia, Texas. Burial will follow at Sutherland Springs Cemetery. Pastor Donnie McCarter will be officiant of the services.
