Mickey L. Miller, 54, of Kirkwood PA, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018. He was the husband of Cynthia Sheets Miller. They had celebrated 30 years of marriage.
Born in Lancaster PA, a son of Sue Mowery Miller of Christiana, PA, and the late Lloyd E. Miller.
Also known by his nickname “Stinger”, Mickey was a heavy equipment operator for Andrews Excavating, where he had worked for 35 years.
Mickey enjoyed racing micro midget cars, and had raced with the Blackbird micro midget club for 12 years. He also enjoyed deer hunting and farming.
In addition to his wife and mother, Mickey is survived by 3 children, Justin Miller, Garret Miller, Cloey Miller; siblings, Sandra Stumpf-Rineer (Dave), New Providence, Teresa Winters, Willow Street, Cindy Zimmerman (Tom), Willow Street and Dennis Miller, Christiana.
Friends are invited to attend funeral services at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at 2:00 PM. With Pastor Blake Deibler officiating. Viewing will be held on Tuesday from 1-2:00 PM. Interment will be in the Atglen United Methodist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cloey Miller Custodial Fund, C/O BB&T Bank, Quarryville, PA. www.reynoldsfuneralhome.net.
