Carl David Amos, 80 years of age died Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Rolling Hills Nursing Home in New Albany, Indiana.

He was born March 11, 1937 in Lafayette, Indiana to the late Walter and Helen Amos.

Carl was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and was a retired supervisor at DD Williamson Company in Louisville.

He was preceded in death by his wives, Rosell and Geneva, and grandson, Jeremy Woodruff.

Survivors include his children, Carl David Amos, Jr. (Joyce), Kris Baker (Des); brother, Don Adams; sister, Betty Mueller; and 5 grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Monday at the funeral home chapel with private burial at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
