Tammy Diane Hale, 58, of Hitchins, KY went to be with her Lord on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at the Kings Daughters Medical Center. Tammy was born March 4, 1959 in Ashland, KY a daughter of the late Jack and Mary Dinkens Freize. She was retired from Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Delmar Hale. Her survivors include: her fiancé, Robert Gumm of Hitchins; two daughters, Michelle Burns of Ashland and Danielle Kouns of Portsmouth, OH; sister, Lavonna; brother, Jack Frieze of Chesapeake, OH; eight grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be conducted Monday, January 8, 2018 at 1pm at Malone Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Damron Cemetery.
