CARPENTER, Frederick Charles passed away Dec. 23, 2017 in New Port Richey, FL. He was predeceased by wife, Brenda Carpenter (Poland) and survived by son, Jon; brother, Robert; and companion, Joan Meagher. Service to be held at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL, Jan. 16, at 11 am. A reception for friends and family will follow at Grand Valley. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Fred worked 47 years at American Can/Silgan Container and was an avid golfer, car and model plane enthusiast.
