Jeffrey graduated from Cinnaminson High School, and he enjoyed hunting, gardening and watching his favorite race car driver, Dale Earnhardt Jr. He also liked John Deere tractors.
In addition to Della Sands, Jeff is survived by his brother, Terry Lane of Sellersville, Pa.; and a nephew, Zachary Lane of Wayne, Pa.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. from the Harding-Litwin Funeral Home, 123 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, with Robert Wiernusz officiating. A viewing will be held from 10 until the time of the service. Interment will be private at a later date at the Sunnyside Cemetery.
