BRAZIL Ruth E. Baker, 93, of Brazil, and formerly of Atlanta, passed away on Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, at Union Hospital. Ruth was one of three children born to Frank and Nell Nelly Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Joann Felling; and her brother, Wayne Smith.
Ruth was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Baker and his fiancée Nickie Dunlap; and grandchildren, Dayton Baker, Chesney Baker, and Carly Dunlap, all of Brazil.
