She was the wife of John Clark
Mrs. Myrtle Vestal Clark, 88, Long Beach, Cal., died at 4 p.m. Saturday, only four days after the death of her husband, John Clark.
Mrs. Clark and her husband were former Anderson residents, and had grown up on neighboring farms on South Main Street Road. They had been married 69 years, and had moved from Anderson in 1926.
Surviving are a son, Eugene V. Clark of Redlands, Cal., and two grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Clark will be held Wednesday at the Hunter Mortuary in North Long Beach, Cal., with burial in Inglewood, Cal.
