Donald Raymond Norwood, 76, passed away at the Pavilion at Brightmore under the care of Liberty Hospice. He was born in Charlotte, NC to Dorothy Davis and Jasper Carl Norwood. He graduated from Central High School, served in the Air Force and attended UNCC. By profession he was a wood and metal patternmaker for the foundry industry. He was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Charlotte. He leaves behind wife of 43 years was Kay Camlin Norwood, 1 sister, 2 sons, 2 granddaughters and spouces and 3 great grandchildren. He loved to fish, anywhere and anytime. He and his wife and sons shared many wonderful experiences on the water.
