Donald B. Miller, 76, of 104 W. Tompkins St., died Sunday, Oct. 14, 1984, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elmira. He was born in Ithaca, a son of the late Norman and Harriett Wooster Miller.

Mr. Miller was a graduate of Ithaca High School and of Rutgers School of Banking. He received his banking certificate from the American Institute of Banking in New York. He had been associated with Tompkins County Trust Co. for 47 years until his retirement in 1973 as assistant vice president.

A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion, the VFW, the Elks, Kiwanis, Veteran Fireman and Ithaca Fire Company #1. He was a member of local bowling and golfing Organizations.

Mr. Miller is survived by his widow, Mona Molowa Miller of Ithaca; a son, Donald E. Miller of Trumansburg; a daughter, Maureen A. McCabe of Bloomfield, Mich. two grandsons; a brother, James Miller of Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews.
